Online Directory Entries

For the user:

The content within the pages of the business directory online is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

For the advertiser:

Your application to be listed on the business directory and/or any printed advertising contract represents your express consent for us to publish that information and your express consent to all the terms and conditions attaching hereto, in conjunction with any other conditions expressed in writing.
The publication of your business in the directory without your contact details is free and at our discretion. Your contact details and in depth information is included only when the agreed payment is received or when the entry is contracted with a printed advert subject to printed advert conditions.
The free full publication online of business directory entries, with contact details, is at our entire discretion and is usually intended in respect of information of general public interest such as museums, cinemas, parks, charities, hospitals and so on.
Online directories are published for a period of 12 months and are automatically renewed every 12 months and the annual subscription becomes due unless notice of cancellation is given 6 weeks prior to the annual renewal date.
We spend considerable amounts of valuable time and effort in our quest to get best internet results within search engines for each individual directory entry. In case of non payment of the subscription fee or cancellation or non renewal of contract, we reserve the right to substitute your contact details with ours to give us the opportunity to monitor any response that the entry is receiving. The information is not used for any other purpose. Listings within the directory, even without contact details, obviously represent free advertising for the businesses in question and are at our discretion.
If you have contracted a directory and you have been listed online or if you have filled and sent us the online application to go on the directory, published at our discretion as above, and you then require your entry to be removed from the listings, there is a cost involved for doing so depending on its position with search engine listings with a minimum of €30. In any case, when no longer required by the subscriber, we reserve the right to sell the spot to another advertiser of the same category or line of business.
On rejoining the directory, we cannot guarantee the same position in search engine results.
You may not create a link from this website to another website or document without Web Express Guide’s prior written consent.
New style directories with visitors’ counter are included in our database but they are initially issued to advertisers. In case of non-payments or cancellations they may be maintained with e-mail contact only for monitoring purposes alone.

Printed Advertisings

All advertisers give their express consent to the following conditions; any variation must be agreed by the company.
Orders for printed advertising may be verbal, or on an order form confirmed by the company, or may be as shown on a pro-forma invoices, or may be implied by continuous publishing month after month, or by submitting art work for publishing or accepting proofs of adverts. Each case to be taken individually.
The company reserves the right to refuse to publish any material it considers inappropriate or offensive.
The price of printed adverts includes a directory on line as per above online conditions. It is an implied condition that the directory is free only for the duration of the printed advert after that it has to be paid for and becomes subject to the online conditions.
The company does not accept responsibility for variations of colour and quality in production as long as these variations are within the normal accepted limits of tolerance.
Advertising prices refer to the contracted space occupied by adverts within the publication, they do not contain the cost of artwork to be published; it is the responsibility of the advertiser to provide the required artwork.
When the company is required to design and provide the artwork, this is done at an additional cost which may be waived if so agreed by the company.
Artwork must be provided and proofs agreed or amendments requested to existing adverts by the 10th day of the month prior to publication. The company reserves the right to charge for the printed space booked in case of failure to provide the necessary material for publication.
When the advert design & two changes is included in price additional changes will be charged.
Cancellations or amendments to orders must be supplied by the 10th of the month prior to the month of publication in writing.
Contracts of 3 month or over are automatuically renewed unless cancelled as above.
Long standing adverts of indefinite duration repeated each month are automatically renewed every months. Premature cancellation of these adverts require a 3 months advance notice in writing.
Upon cancellation or stoppage of a printed advert, the directory entry is automatically renwed every 12 month at the annual cost current at the time unless cancelled in writing. cancelled in writing
Complaints must be made within 8 days of the individual publication, the company reserves the right to refuse any complaints made outside the time limit.

Terms of payment are strictly net unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment of adverts is required in advance with 50% at the time of order and balance prior to publication.
Recurring monthly orders are also payable in advance by bank direct debit emitted by the company.
Any discounts must be agreed by the company in writing.
Discounts on contracts are given on the clear understanding that if a contract is cancelled prematurely the proportionate amount of discount will be charged to the advertiser.
The company reserves the right to charge collecting costs on late payments, including legal costs and travelling and time costs.
The company reserves the right to charge interest at current bank rate in respect of late payments.

Definitions

The term ‘Web Express Guide’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘the company’ refer to the owner of the website or the licencee.
The term ‘you’ , when used, refers to the user or advertiser or viewer of our website
The term ‘contact details’ refers to addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and links to websites.

La información no se utiliza para ningún otro uso. Por supuesto, aunque no tengan datos de contacto directo, los nombres de anunciantes en el directorio representan publicidad gratis y son a nuestro criterio.
Si nos ha pedido un directorio y ha sido anunciado en el directorio o si nos has enviado una solicitud usando el formulario provisto en nuestras paginas Web y desea que quitemos o borramos la información hay un mínimo coste de €30 que puede ser más segun su posición en las busquedas de internet.

Los pedidos de publicidad impresa pueden ser verbales, o en un formulario de pedido confirmado por la empresa, o puede ser como se muestra en una factura pro-forma, o puede ser implícito por la publicación continua mes tras mes, o mediante la presentación diseños para publicar o aceptación de pruebas de anuncios.
La empresa se reserva el derecho de negarse a publicar cualquier material que considere inapropiado u ofensivo.
El precio de los anuncios impresos incluye un directorio en línea según las condiciones en línea. Es una condición implícita que el directorio es gratuito sólo por la duración del anuncio impreso después de que tiene que ser pagado y queda sujeto a las condiciones en línea.

Los descuentos en los contratos se otorgan con el claro entendimiento de que si un contrato se cancela antes de su tiempo, el importe proporcional del descuento se cargará al anunciante.
Las quejas deben ser hechas dentro de los 8 días de la publicación individual, la compañía se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquier queja hecha fuera del plazo.

Las condiciones de pago son estrictamente netos a menos que se acuerde otra cosa por escrito.

A menos que se acuerde lo contrario, el pago de anuncios se requiere por adelantado con un 50% en el momento de la orden y el resto antes de la publicación.
Las órdenes mensuales recurrentes también se pagan por adelantado por domiciliación bancaria emitida por la compañía.
Cualquier descuento debe ser acordado con la empresa por escrito.
La compañía se reserva el derecho de cobrar los costos de recaudación de pagos atrasados, incluyendo los costos legales y los costos de viaje y tiempo.

Cancellations or amendments to orders must be supplied by the 10th of the month prior to the month of publication in writing.

Long standing adverts repeated each month are deemed to be annual and are automatically renewed on a yearly basis. Premature cancellation of these adverts require a 3 months advance notice in writing.
Complaints must be made within 8 days of the individual publication, the company reserves the right to refuse any complaints made outside the time limit.

Terms of payment are strictly net unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment of adverts is required in advance with 50% at the time of order and balance prior to publication.
Recurring monthly orders are also payable in advance by bank direct debit emitted by the company.
Any discounts must be agreed by the company in writing.
Discounts on contracts are given on the clear understanding that if a contract is cancelled prematurely the proportionate amount of discount will be charged to the advertiser.
The company reserves the right to charge collecting costs on late payments, including legal costs and travelling and time costs.

Las cancelaciones o enmiendas a las órdenes deben ser entregadas antes del 10 del mes anterior al mes de la publicación por escrito.
Los anuncios de larga duración (anuales) que se repiten cada mes se renuevan automáticamente cada año. La cancelación prematura de estos anuncios requiere un aviso previo de 3 meses por escrito.
Los descuentos en los contratos se otorgan con el claro entendimiento de que si un contrato se cancela antes de su tiempo, el importe proporcional del descuento se cargará al anunciante.
Las quejas deben ser hechas dentro de los 8 días de la publicación individual, la compañía se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquier queja hecha fuera del plazo.

Las condiciones de pago son estrictamente netos a menos que se acuerde otra cosa por escrito.

A menos que se acuerde lo contrario, el pago de anuncios se requiere por adelantado con un 50% en el momento de la orden y el resto antes de la publicación.
Las órdenes mensuales recurrentes también se pagan por adelantado por domiciliación bancaria emitida por la compañía.
Cualquier descuento debe ser acordado con la empresa por escrito.
La compañía se reserva el derecho de cobrar los costos de recaudación de pagos atrasados, incluyendo los costos legales y los costos de viaje y tiempo.
La compañía se reserva el derecho de cobrar intereses a la tasa bancaria vigente por los pagos atrasados.
