Pistachio flavour ice cream, perfect for summer.


250 ml of vegan cold cream frêche 200 gr of vegan condensed milk 70 gr of pistachio paste.


1. The condensed milk mixes well with the pistachio paste. Mix the liquid cream until a cream is obtained (it does not need to be very hard).

2. The condensed milk and pistachio paste mixture is added to the mixer bowl over the cream and mixed lightly for a further 2 minutes together.

3. Pour into a bowl and top with chocolate chips and toasted pistachios on top. Refrigerate for a few hours.
